Once a month or once a year - its up to you. Payment will go from your account on the same day every month.

Payments are received via PayPal, secure online transactions. Membership is a minimum of 12 months

Click here and fill in your details, then select whether you wish to pay monthly or yearly. You will be directed to PayPal where you can specify your bank details (or sign in if you already have a PayPal account)

After payment, you will receive an email confirmation letter, click on the link in the email to activate your account. You will then be able to view full details of all properties, buy and bid on anything on the website. You will also be sent an email once your membership has been added to the Forum, you can then start chatting with other investors.

When you see a property you like, you can click on the “Reserve” button on the details, reservation fee is usually £1000. Payments are made through PayPal. When you have paid your reservation, the property is removed from the website. Our team will be notified and you will be contacted for solicitors details and the sale will progress normally from there.

New stock is generally added everyday. As a paying member you will receive emails and text alerts when we have new properties available, so you’ll never miss out.

1. How do I bid?
You first have to be registered with us to place a bid. It costs £35 a month or an annual fee of £350 (two months free!). For this price, you can bid on any property, look at full property details, be informed via email of any new stock that arrives with us, receive monthly newsletters and be kept up to date with any changes made to the company. We are the cheapest discount property auction site on the web, and you will undoubtedly recoup the cost of your membership with your first purchase!!

2. My bid has not shown on the web page! What should I do?

DO NOT place more bids on the same auction.

3. How much of a deposit do I have to pay?
With every property that you win a reservation fee of £1,000 is payable within 48 hours of winning the bid. Once your solicitors have received contracts you will have four weeks to exchange and where possible complete. If a deposit is required upon exchange it will be disclosed on the property details.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED 48 HOURS AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION. IF THIS IS NOT RECEIVED THE PROPERTY WILL AUTOMATICALLY GO TO THE SECOND HIGHEST BIDDER.

4. I WON! What should I do now?
You will be automatically sent an email by our system notifying you of the final costs. You will then be contacted by one of the 4D team and asked for more details of your method of payment and solicitors. PLEASE NOTE THAT A DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED 48 HOURS AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION..

5. How can I pay?
You have a number of options. For the reservation fee, you can either pay by PayPal (opens in a new window), One of the worlds most secure online payment system, you can contact our office with your credit card details ready, or post a cheque to us, with a note informing us of the property you are buying, and your name and address.

6. What will happen when I’ve paid the deposit?
It will progress like a normal sale, you will receive paperwork etc and will be contacted throughout the course of the sale until completion. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL HAVE 28 DAYS TO EXCHANGE, THE COMPLETION WILL BE SET ON THE PROPERTY DETAILS AND CONFIRMED ON THE HEADS OF TERMS. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE IN THE TIMESCALES SPECIFIED, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

7. I won the bid, but now I don’t want the property. What should I do?
If this is a one-off occurrence, please contact a member of 4D immediately so we can retract your bid. If the sale has already finished and you no longer wish to purchase, the next highest bidder will be offered the sale. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS AN ADMIN CHARGE OF £100 FOR RETRACTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE – 4D will not tolerate non-serious bidders and if you are found to be bidding without the intention to buy, your account will be suspended or terminated completely. Only serious investors are welcome here.
